We had some difficulties with our booking due to unclear communication with bookings.com but the hotel staff, in particular Claudio was fantastic and sorted it out for us very pleasantly and efficiently. He was also excellent with recommendations for sightseeing tours, restaurants etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this fantastic hotel.Kind r

To be honest all the staff was very nice and helpful.

We found the Residenza Domiziano a wonderful hotel. They did everything possible to make our stay in Rome a wonderful experience. They arranged for a van to come to where we our cruise ship landed and was plenty big enough for seven pieces of luggage and four passengers. The staff was amazing, extremely helpful, always smiling and attentive. The location was not bad, although restaurants around were not that great but it was a nice walk to piazza spagna and the shopping area which was very convenient. -
