The hotel is very lovely and comfortable. I went in summer and Venezia
was very very warm. They provided fan in the room but the room is
already in good temperature without the fan. Although the hotel
didn't provide breakfast, they provided kettle,
tea/coffee/snacks and fridge in the room. The staffs were

The location is very good, very close to the bus station and to the railway station, but in a silent small street. (The check in room is only one minutes away).
The receptionist lady was extreemly kind, she gave us a map and offered the walkways by herself (without asking).
There is no breakfast in the price of the room, but in our romm there were: packed bread, marmalade, instant cofee, and tea, which I highly apprecaited.

A most enjoyable b and b, with heating ! Great room, good breakfast in beautiful hall. Will come again (though in the summer it may be too noisy). - The room was splendid and cosy. The staff was very friendly and the environment welcoming - All in all it was a success.

Excellent location close to St Mark’s square and in a lovely peaceful neighbourhood of Venice. We would definitely recommend this accommodation for the location alone, but the room was also big and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. I enjoy leaving here since it very closed to Accademia varporetto, 10 minutes to San Marco, no worries for meal as you will surrounded with restaurants (a bit expensive for us). The room is big, private bathroom, and refrigerator. The cleaness also good, but for us the floor is a bit dusty.. overall is pleasant living there.

The fact that was a residence. How often can you stay in a Venetian home? Carpets were a bit rundown and the lighting could be perkier but overall the stay was fab. There is no staff to speak of but the one man who signed us in was very efficient. Like the passcode system to enter the residence any time of day or night. -

The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The location is central, at the edge of the Rialto between the tourist/attractions and quieter neighborhoods. Lots of food/wine shops nearby - pastries, cheese meats, coffee, fish, vegetables. The rooms are large, comfortable and very clean. We will stay there again on our next visit to Venice. - Beautifull

The host is super friendly! we arrived Venice at 5:20 a.m. We felt very sorry about waking up the host early in the morning. He allowed us to leave our luggages in the room and use the bathroom before check-in time and had the room ready One hour after our arrival.
