Very nice place to stay. Elena (owner) very very friendly and helpful. She gave us tips and advice on what to do in Venice, also gave us a small history lesson about Venice. Apartment was very clean and big. Had. Everything you could ask for, kitchen (with plates, knives and forks, coffee, kettle etc), toilet with hairdryer and washing machine, big living room with tv, king size double bed with window that opens on a small canal. Extremely positive attitude from the rep of the company that lets the apartment - very helpful in every respect. We also liked a terrace - though quite small, it was good we had it. Location was also very convenient - no noise, but very close to Ca'Razzonico vaporetto stop and one of major squares - St. Margherita, as well as shops and restaurants. Air-conditioner also is a huge advantage - we would not survive in Venice in July without it.
