  A well kept secret - superb find. sadly looks as if it is no longer a secret. Whilst rooms may be on the small side, plenty big enough and bed comfortable. Bonus was that our bathroom was not ensuite, which probably gave us more room and a larger bathroom as well.   A very spacious two and a half floor apartment, small equipped kitchenette and nice modern design. Looks old from outside, New and with an excellent condition inside. Even though it's not by any canal, there is a nice Venezian roof view from the top floor, where we stayed. Location is good. Also close to the Vaporeto staion (St. Angelo): only 5 minutes walking, and that is very important when w - We stayed in a 2/Bedroom 6 sleeper apartment which we found to be very spacious, well appointed and clean. Being our first visit to Venice and having read that it was a little difficult to find (true as the venue is not well sign-posted), we called the duty manager from the nearest water taxi stop (S. Angelo) and he took the trouble to meet us and escort us to the apartments (5 minute walk) where he settled us in. We found the location to be very good with easy acce

  We loved everything about this apartment. We were given exact directions where to meet the representative ( which after a long flight was great.) The location of the apartment was fantastic for us... We felt like we were living amongst the locals and yet we were 10 minutes walk away from the Rialto. The apartment we stayed in was a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom one with the bedrooms upstairs and kitchen/livin - We stayed (group of 4) at the apartment located near the Casino vaporetto station. The apartment was very easy to reach from the train station and also close to vaporetto station to move around Venice. Spacious, light rooms which were very clean. We were met by the lovely Silvia who was very welcoming and gave us an introduction to the Carneggio area where we were staying, including a local map showing supermarket, restaurants, etc. It was great to not be in the busy tourist area and we really
