Friendly staff, very clean rooms. - I liked that the hotel was so close to the Termini train station, providing easy links via the Metro to all main tourist attractions. Also, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice and clean too.

  All considered, the place was terrific. My girlfriend and I got there late and it was dark out (11:30pm). Conveniently near Roma Termini train station, even with all our luggage it was not a problem getting there on foot [with help such as map or person] quickly. Arriving, the staff was very helpful with one person doing our paperwork and the o... hva folk sier » ther marking a map and telling us about places to visit/eat/nightlife/transport/etc. Walking wasn't an issue for us - about 20min to much of Central - The night person at the front desk was fantastic. He helped us get everywhere we wanted to go in Rome with detailed bus and Metro instructions and hand drawn maps. Our room was quiet and secluded off of a lovely courtyard with plants and a fish pond. Three locked doors between the street and our room made us feel secure. Close to so many things!!! Our breakfast was perfect with yogurt, pastries and great coffee. Ham and cheese also available. Many low cost food options nearby.

  Giuseppe (the host) was very friendly and accommodating, we mentioned that it was our honeymoon and he provided us with a bottle of champagne and glasses. But it's very convenient if you do. Dozens of nearby restaurants and shops. Th - Very good location, near to railway station but not noisy (very soundproof window) and with underground station, bus stop, nice restaurants and supermakects nearby. We found evything we need around here. The building itself is fantastic too with a traditional elevator. More important, stuff is very friendly and helpfull and he speaks very good English. And the room is clear and spatial and bed is confortable. What can you ask for at such a rate! In a word, it is really a nice place to stay when

  Isa was incredibly accommodating and helpful. As soon as we arrived we felt at home. Originally I had booked us the smaller room with a separate bathroom however half way through she upgraded us to a huge lovely en suite room which was a nice surprise. The B&B was extremely close to the train station which had gr - Isabella was wonderful! Upon check in she gave us big bottles of cold water and green grapes. Breakfast was very good with hot croissants, hard boiled eggs, bananas, coffee, juice, yogurt.Internet was available and the elevator was easy access. It was in a neighborhood that was good to explore and we walked to the Coliseum. The rooms were big and very neat and comfortable.
