  excellent location, close to termini, metro station, some attractions in walking distance, the host was nice, no problems with late check in, possible to leave luggage there after the check out, rooms look just like in pictures, clean, two shared bathrooms, never had to wait to get in there, towels provided, breakfast was good considering the pric... hva folk sier » e (toast, croissant, butter, jelly, cheese, salami, eggs, fruit, juice, tea, coffee, cake) - My teenager daughter and me stayed here for 4 nights as it is close to Termini station,where we needed to be at 4 oclock in the morning before leaving Rome.We get a very clean, large room and big comfortable beds, rich breakfast,tasty Italian coffee and pleasant owners who are not boring but you can always find them when you need. I will recommend it to all my friends and would like to stay here again.

  Mr. Franco was very helpful & friendly. He gave us directions on how best to get to the hotel from the airport in advance. Room and all amenities were clean. Twin beds were small but comfy. Very quite inside the room and at night. Small garden inside the complex is nice. The old- style elevator was really neat & worked just fine. Lots of cafes to choose from nearby, highly recommend "Tomoko Tudini" - pizza there simply delicious! - The most outstanding service one could imagine. We were amazed by the effort Franco made to ensure that we were accomodated like queens and we felt there like at home. The room had a beautiful interior, it was very comfortable and clean. The perfect choice we can sincerely recommend to everybody. THANK YOU VERY MUCH also for the great help with organising the birthday surprise for my child and the delicious cake prepared!
