Location is great! It takes just 5 minutes to reach San Marco, the same
time you will need to walk to Realto, and 20 minutes leisurely to Train
Station S.Lucia. But the most important thing is friendly considerate

Excellent location and standard of room - delightful quiet part of Venice, very helpful staff - Umberto met us at the vaporetto stop and helped us get our bags to the hotel. The room was gorgeous with beautiful canopied bed and large bathroom all just completed.

The staff could not do enough for us and treated us like silk worms. Nothing was a problem. Directions, hints, tips and must see all explained thoroughly. I was nervous about getting from the airport on our own, but the directions were very clear and the hotel easy to find. The location was perfect between the Rialto and St Marco square-we couldn't have picked better! Very impressed with how friendly the staff are and how welcomed we felt. First time in Venice, first time at Aqua Palace. Very nice hotel, very
friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is not easy to find (actually -
nothing is easy to find in Venice except main landmarks) so be prepared
to walk aroung for an hour or so until you get used to the location.
Hotel has it's own pier so it is very easy to get if you take a
water taxi or private boat from aiport or train station. Overall - will
recommend the hotel.

Very well situated with rooms well styled although a bit small. The dining room was excellent and staff most helpful. Beautiful since being renovated especially dining room and bar areas. Bathrobes suppllied lovely touch but would be nice if bottle of water was left in room.
