  Our stay at the Lunetta Hotel was excellent. The hotel was lovely and spotless. Our accommodations were spacious and very comfortable. The staff was extremely pleasant and very accommodating. We needed a taxi to the airport and it was efficiently arranged for us. The location is ideal for walking to many of Rome's highlights. Since our flight home was very early and we were leaving prior to breakfast being served, they - The second we got there we received assistance with everything we needed including restaurant recommendations and help getting train reservations for the rest of our trip.   The staff was very hospitable and friendly. We traveled with three small kids who tend not to be very quite at times and the staff took it all in stride. We had requested a roll away bed before we arrived only to find a pack and play in our room, we didn't say anything because or daughter just slept on the couch the first night but upon our arriv... hva folk sier » al back to our room the second day they had replaced the pack and play with the roll away with out is even asking. - We stayed for 4 nights in a suite, which was quite comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed having a kitchen and that the living room was big enough for our kid to play. The breakfast is quite adequate, we also enjoyed having a pool. The location is good with big garden very close and the tram station right at the entrance to the residence.

The hotel was on the Tram 8 line, which takes you from the airport train station directly to the hotel and continues to Piazza Venezia. We could walk to all the major piazzas, sites and restaurants from this hotel. The price was the best we found in Rome, we would do it again. The staff was very helpful and the room was clean with a nice sized bathroom.

  I've never come across such a friendly proprietor as Valerio. Nothing was too much trouble. The fact he speaks English and keeps in touch by email was also fantastic. Location was good as it allowed access to most of the tourist sites by bus or foot. Definitely recommend it. Grazie Valerio!
