  This is a really interesting, very young hotel! I was lucky to be one of the first clients, speaking more spiecifically, I was the first one, who lived in a room called "iZen". The owner of this little hotel really cares about his clients, being friendly, helpful, he did his best to make my trip excellent.   The hotel was located central to all the sights of Rome that we were interested in visiting: Spanish steps, Palantine Hill, Colosseum, etc. There was a never ending source of restaurants, cafes, shops around the hotel. We were a five-minute walk to the Metro which made it convenient for us to get to with all our luggage. The decor was very rustic and the furniture was dark - We loved this little hotel - the bathroom was large (for European standards). All of the employees we dealt with where quite friendly and very helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel as we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to visit - the Vatican, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Coliseum, Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps.

  Location is excellent in - walking distance to most major attractions. Lots of good restaurants close by. Room size was great, very spacious and very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel arranged an airport pick up and drop off for us which was helpful. We were also able to check out very late as there was no one needing the room immed... hva folk sier » iately after us. We rented bikes from a small bike shop close by (details were at the reception), and saw even more of the city. Just be careful of t - Location is great! Breakfast - in the room or on the common terrace - very good. This is a b&b on the 2nd floor of an old block, and once you get to the 2nd floor it's excellent, the rooms are large, well fitted out, clean and well serviced. However, although the booking photos show the plaza, the entrance to the building is a steel barred gate on a small side street which the taxi found tough to locate. The initial impression from the entrance gate is therefore not as expected.
