First of all the staff were all amazing. From the brilliant Mariella at the front desk to the senora cleaning the rooms. It is close to Roma Termini station and the main bus station too. The situation of the hotel is absolutely perfect: 5-minute walk from Termini station and near the city center). The staff is very friendly, polite and client-oriented. The receptionist helped us with information about the city (map, how to get to the sightseeings, transport etc.). Room was clean and well-equipped, looked fresh. Everything was wonderful! The best location, 5-10 minutes from Termini train station and metro, everything is within a walking distance, many cafes, restaurants,mini markets and shops around. The hotel was comfortable,very clean,quiet,with a/c and Mrs Mila took a very good care of us while we were there and we thank her truly! Very nice breakfast as well! I would surely stay there again!
