  I loved the Trevi Luxe rooms, because they were right by the Trevi fountain, and within walking distance of the Spanish steps, the Pantheon, the Piazza Venetia, and the Colosseum/Forum/Capitoline Hill. But we called to inform them we would arrive late and they kept someone there to greet us, help with parking and bags and check us in. Very impressive. You're in Italy - don't expect much for breakfast - when we were there, we got a coupon for a local cafe down the street, which got you a cafe (e.g, an excellent cappuccino) & a croissant (we had the chocolate ones, which were also good). Great value for the location - we were here in summer & the price was right.

For example we took our breakfast at the near bar, 5m from the door of Maison Spagna, or we could have asked to take it at the room. She was able to suggest local restaurants (which were excellent), looked into reservations at the Borghese Gallery for us, provided an excellent map of the city (which Rome's tourist info at the train station would not give us unless we purchased the Roma pass), and overall ... hva folk sier » provided lots of very helpful information. Our room looked directly toward the Tiber and was perfectly situated for exploring Rome. - Very good place. The location is one of the main advantages: close to Spanish steps and Vatican, but the street is very quiet, so that you can easily sleep with open windows. The room is rather comfortable with a very clean and well-designed bathroom. The owner of the b&b is a wonderfull lady, she was helping and taking care of us all the time!
