  We arrived to Rom on sunday evening. Så few days before got we an email from Michelle who is working as a assistent there. She was asking us about if we need any help with taxi or more like tickets to museums. It was very nice of her! The taxi waited us when we arrived. It was a really good standard for B&B: bedclothes, that were changed to cl... hva folk sier » ean every third day; the bathrum was in the room; towels were changed to clean every day if it needed; breakfast was simple inkluding warm croissants - We stayed two nights.Our hosts were excellent. Very welcoming and informative about Rome and places to visit. The room was clean but I feel a tad on the small side and quite basic in its layout. Nice bathroom. You could help yourself to refreshments whenever you want. Breakfast was served in your room as there was no kitchen or dining room. this was at an agreed time with hosts. This was a continental breakfast and consisted of toast, croissants, yogurt and drinks. This was plenty.

  The receptionists Lorenzo and Daniel are phenomenal! Daniel patiently answered all 100 of our questions. Lorenzo got us an appointment w/a high-end spa and arranged for a cab. When my flight changed, Lorenzo was so kind to call the airline for me, and my issue was resolved. Their service was superb! Very pleased to s - Stayed here for three nights. Perfect location - walking distance to all the main attractions. Rooms were big enough for two people. Luxurious bathroom and good wifi. Hair dryer is decent. Rooms are very secure and you feel at home in them. We didn't have the breakfast as we enjoyed exploring each morning. The men at the front desk were always polite and willing to help. Would definitely stay here again!
