  Extremely friendly and helpful staff - a great welcome and a genuine desire to be helpful. Clean, nice en-suite room of a much better quality than the reasonable price might suggest. The inn is in a clean, well-maintained building. Breakfast is in the nearby cafe opposite Santa Maria Maggiore - a very pleasant start to the day. Good internet connection. Breakfast was served at the second floor, I was surprised of its variety, everything you need to get you started for the day. Good value for the money.

  Alina at Belvedere took very good care of us. She was only there in the mornings but made herself available during that time. A small breakfast was served in our room and she did everything possible to accomodate us. She was very friendly and kind. The room was simple but nice. I liked the colour of the curtains and bed spreads and the decor ... hva folk sier » in general. It had good wi-fi, and good air-conditioning. The bathroom was slightly small but comfortable nonetheless. The building on the outside - The location is excellent, it is just in the front of the main metro station- Termini (the district may seems to be dangerous but in fact it is not). Another adventage of Belvedere Termini is the staff working there. Molto bene! We were served breakfast every morning to our room whenever we wanted to (I mean from 8 a.m.). When we had problems to get somewhere the staff was there to help us. The care, they took of us was absolutely perfect.

  The hotel is 7 minutes walk from Main Station (Termini) on a well known road. Unlike other reviewers, I found the surrounding safe even in late night. It has a small but working lift. We stayed for 3 nights from May 18 in Room 201, a triple room which was of adequate size, spotlessly clean and sound proof. It had a freeze and a working a/C. It als... hva folk sier » o had room heater which we did not use. The hotel provided good toiletries and disposable slippers (no carpet in room). Linen and towels were clean an - When we arrived to the hotel, it was already midnight but we were welcomed very nicely. The staff gave us very good information about Rome. Hotel room was very clean and the location is great to go to many attractions. The room size was not the biggest but was sufficient. Colosseum is 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Termini is within couple minutes walking distance.
