  nearly everything - The guest comments and the rating led me to expect much less than what the room actually was. Room was neat and clean. Single rooms are small but fine. Good location, Good value for money. Breakfast is a coffee and a croissant, if you know and accept that it is fine.

I highly valued our stay in this B&B and felt it was a good price and met our needs perfectly for during our short stay - We arrived early and was able to check in straight away.   The location is perfect - close to the city centre, within reach of main sights on foot. Also Termini station is in vicinity, so it's comfortable to arrive from Fiumicino by train or bus. Staff was very welcoming and friendly, the room was quite clean, spacious - even for two, the facilities worked properly, so - Very good room with only 3 beds. The environment is very quiet. The breakfast is good. The staff are great ! The hot water works perfectly and the shower is good.But the location is inside a building, which i search for a while in the rain. But it's near the train station.Be careful when you alone. The train station is not safe in the evening. Just bring the address with you.Thanks a lot. Strongly recommend.
