  I had a Bad day in Rome... and then I was greeted here by a smiling happy helpful Barbara and my dat changed. Clean and bright rooms with fridge tv aircon toiletries the woeks and for a great price. Such a great location 3 mins walk from Termini . I found a gem of Rome.Thanks! - First and foremost the place is quite affordable. We went there quite late and the staff there were happy to stay back waiting for us which I thought was very nice of them. We were put through a thorough background check which put us off at first but completely understood why in the end. Its for our safety as well as theirs. Its quite convenient being close to Termini Station. And don't expect the breakfast to be grand for the price.

  The location of the hotel was perfect. Right by Vatican and the subway is close by so it only takes 10 mins to get to coliseum. Staff of the hotel was extremely nice. They told us where to go, what's close by, they also can book tours for you and provide you with all info you need. Also, staff assisted us with checking in late, about 11 pm at night, due to our f - Because there is no one at the front desk (besides check-in), they give you keys to the building and your apartment. It's on the 4th floor of the building, it just has 4 rooms so you have a very personal attention. Simple, clean room, powerful wifi signal, TV, AC, room fridge, modern bathroom and shower, etc. Would have stayed longer if I could.
