  The hotel is located in a very quite street 10 minutes walk from Termini station. The owner, Morris is very kind and helpful, happy to anwser any of your questions. The room facilities were brand new and very clean. The hotel has no kitchen so they give you a coupon at a small cafeteria one block a way for a bread and a cup of coffee. Great location, 20 min walk and you are in the heart of the main attractions. Lovely area, and beautiful croissants and coffee provided at the cafe around the corner. The staff are very helpful. Also recommend a meal at Restaurante Da Vincenzo one street over towards the city centre where we experienced our best meal in Italy!

  We enjoyed our time. The room was clean and comfortable. Comes with free breakfast and WiFi. The location is great. It's close to the Vatican Museums and other historical highlights. Metro station is within 5 min of walking distance. Also a lot of good shops, restaurants, and bars in the streets around the hotel. We also met the staff member responsible for the rooms who besides doing an awesome job every single day, is an evenly wond - Genuine and personal atmosphere, with very welcoming personnel. Close to the Vatican, restaurants, shopping, and metro/bus stations. Feels very new, fresh and always clean. The breakfast is not much, tea or coffee and a croissant, but it's the Italian way. You eat your breakfast at a small bar/café across the street and the place is truly genuine and filled with locals drinking their morning coffee.

Safe area all around. Staff was great, facilities were comfortable. Patio/garden area were great. I've been to Rome 6 times and each time was in the Historic areas...Trastevere was a nice change of pace and much cheaper.

  The host was super friendly, the neigboorhood seemed good. Really close to subway and just 5-10 minutes walk to the colleseo and all that amazing staff. The room was pretty spacious and clean. No problems during our stay at all!
