  It is just one block from the termini station. The owners are nice. The air Conditioning works okay. Easy walk to grocery near metro and train - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location near Termini was very convenient.

Close to the station & within walking distance to many of the sites if you chose or you can catch one of the many means of transport available right near your door.   The location of the apartment was excellent, near the via Veneto, just a few minutes walk from city center and very near Borghese gardens.   Room was nice and had a balcony to look out onto Via Sicilia. Memory foam matterce and air conditioning. Very comfortable. Semi central location. As with anything in Rome, with a bit of planning you can make it suit. We found it best to walk into town and get the bus back in the evenings.   The hotel is very small, it´s really a hostel with 3 rooms in one apartment.We had a turquise room, it was nice, with 4 beds inside. It´s very clean, the staff is nice and care about you, the explain everything. I enjoyed my tea in the capuccino-capital ;-) To the Termini station or a metro station we walke - I was in Aloha Rome 3 nights and I had a very good experience. Francesca is so kind, always friendly. The B&B is very good located, very near to Termini Station and the area it isnt dangerous, is normal. I had a bed very comfortable, very clean, the breakfast was ok... very Italian!! (capuccino and croissant) I would recommend this B&B!!! ... Thank you so much and I hope to come back very soon!!
