Loved having breakfast delivered to our room at a time that we specified. It was quiet, within walking distance to all major sites and all staff was great but you would be hard pressed to find anyone more helpful than Rosanna. The location was excellent - just 5 mins away from The Fountain of Trevi and 10 mins away from Piazza di Spagna,,The room though a bit on the small size was nice, comfortable (recently renovated) and cosy..the bathroom was of a good size and also nice ..the staff was very friendly..should i re-visit Rome I would definitely stay in this hotel agai

fantastic location a couple of nice local restaurants, excellent value for money, friendly staff and a real treat. Its an old building and has loads of character. Don't expect 5 star luxury but this is perfect for a short break. Check out the local entertainment at the wood shop next door

Our host Roberto, his wife and the staff were welcoming and took extra
care of our needs. We booked two single rooms and sometimes in the past
we have been allocated tiny, substandard rooms. The rooms at the Celio
were charming, clean and the location between the Colosseo and Laterano
was fabulous. This was the first time we have ventured out of the
Trevi/Tritone area. (We go to Rome each year over past 15 years and

The staff were very helpful, polite and courteous. They had a lot of local knowledge which was very helpful. The breakfast provided had the most variety I have ever seen served at a hotel. And they were all very tasty and of a high standard.

We found the Residenza Domiziano a wonderful hotel. They did everything possible to make our stay in Rome a wonderful experience. They arranged for a van to come to where we our cruise ship landed and was plenty big enough for seven pieces of luggage and four passengers.
