what can I say? fantastic hotel in every way, arrived very late about 11.30, staff were very helpful, gave us complementary drinks, bedroom out of this world with messanie floor, décor amazing, they had to give us 2 rooms instead of three because of computer problem with an upgrade, we loved it so much we decided to stay there the next night although hotel wanted to give us three room the next night, with complementary breakfast on top! breakfast eat as much as you like and only cost 16 euros e

This hotel was absolutely stunning! We had the junior suite with a canal view and it was amazing! The room was beautifully decorated! This hotel room, experience and location was the highlight of our trip! I highly recommend it! Even though the junior suite is a bit more money than the regular rooms, if you are wanting to treat yourself while in Italy for a couple days, I would definitely spend the extra money on this room!! It's a good value for the money spent in a city where some businesses easily gouge tourists. The staff are very friendly and accomodating, providing answers to every question we had.
