  I've been to Venice many times but never before managed to secure a reservation at the Pensione Accademia. By "the bus" stop Academia is a small restaurant owned by a family from Tunisia. Amany was a great hostess there.

  The hotel is very well located. It is very close form the train station and a couple steps from the bus and taxi station. You can easily reach San Marco by foot and easily get back by boat.
