I travelled to Rome with my mum, neither of us having visited before. I did a lot of searching on the internet before deciding on the Navona Gallery and Garden Suites as our accommodation of choice. Everything!! Service provided by Sylvia was of an exceptionally high order. Room was large, beautifully furnished and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was a little small, but very clean. There is also a lovely central garden terrace area that all guests are able to use. The absolute best thing though is the location, just 200m from Piazza Navona and five minutes walk from the Pantheon. Extremely friendly and helpful staff - a great welcome and a genuine desire to be helpful. Clean, nice en-suite room of a much better quality than the reasonable price might suggest. The inn is in a clean, well-maintained building.

The room was clean and spacious, the staff was very helpful and friendly.
Good internet connection.
Breakfast was served at the second floor, I was surprised of its variety, everything you need to get you started for the day.

Lovely, warm staff- Gabriella, Jasmine and especially, Arianna. Brilliant location, 5 minute walk to Termini and access to rail, metro, trams and Airport shuttle. Great security and excellent Wi-Fi. Breakfast, though quite basic, was very welcome. Access to coffee and tea-making facilities in kitchen. -

2) U get ur own pair of keys and are free to return when u wish not depending on the owners

this place was far better than I've expected. They bring you your breakfast (not only a croissant, biscuits, caffe, fruit juice, jam) at the time you prefered (mine was at 8:30). The stuff was very kind and informative. This place is the first one I will check the availibility for my next trip. I hope they don't raise their prices.

Very hospitable, the staff were all very accommodating - especially Dulla (not sure of the spelling) who waited for us to arrive at midnight when we were supposed to be there around 9.30pm (delayed flight etc.,) and Marco the son who went out of his way to be helpful. The location of this apartment was amazing! It was very very close to Piazza Navona. We walked EVERYWHERE because the location was so central to everything. It was in a great building too with a lot of traditional European charm. Our apartment was spacious by and very comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer!
