I booked a single room without bathroom so you can imagine my surprise when I was offered an appartment instead! It was big, quiet, and fully equiped. Rooms in 4 star hotels aren't even half as good! The guy at the reception was unbelievably friendly, he helped me with the luggage, printing a plane ticket and even exchanged me a few british pounds

Really clear, the room, the breakfast on the terrace. definitly all - It was all great - we arrived much earlier than the allowed booking time, but they let us leave our luggage there until the room was ready, and they made every effort to get our room ready quickly. Overall, a great place to stay!

Our suite contained a large balcony perfect for enjoyingan evening bottle of Chianti. - Tornabuoni Suites were fantastic and we would highly recommend them to any person wanting apartment accommodation in Florence. They were five star and great value for money. Lots of room and really lovely to go back to each night after wandering around Florence.
