  Huset, miljøet,uteområdet. Vi bodde 3 netter der noen dage før. I 1.etasje var det mye trafikkstøy. Vi fikk nytt rom i 3 etasje på dette oppholdet, og det var mye bedre.Betjeningen var veldig behjlepelig med å få det til. - Hotel staff extrememly friendly, the receptionist was patient and happy for us to practice our Italian when speaking to her. ... hva folk sier » When we couldn't get our tv switched on, this was fixed immediately. Our huge room was on the second floor and while the room was basic, it had a modernised style and was lovely and clean. Free internet access and literally 5 mins from the train station. Will definitely stay here again. - Location is very very good for pepole whos travel by train(half blok from Station), The breakfast was incredible real buffet breakfast, the staff is very entusiastic, Samanta front desk is the best attendant in the service world, I love Florence but my impretion with this Hotel increase my opinion about this warm city,

  Very good hotel. Near the center of Florence. We stayed here with friends for 5 nights. There is a railway station near the hotel. We arrived to Bologna e Pisa from here. The room was for 3 persons, simple but comfort. There was a kettle, tea, towels, an iron we took on the reseption. Breakfasts were normal.   The staffs are very friendly, gave us a map and point out where we should visit even without us asking. The location is excellent, just 2 minutes walk from the main train station. The room we got, room 14, was told to be the best room in the hotel, with a beautiful little balcony that over sees the beautiful Florence town. Over - We travelled as a group of 8 people. The desk personnels were very accommodating to let us get started with the complimentary breakfast earlier than their usual allowing us to get started with our Tuscan tour. The views of the two rooms facing the Doumo was breath-taking. I would go back to this hotel and recommend it.

  We loved the roof terrace on the third floor. The staff were really nice and friendly and very helpful when we needed anything. - The staff was very helpful. The hotel is located in a very central area, close to restaurants and shopping places. The rooms are nice but small and the breakfast was pretty good.
