  I stayed there 3 days. The location is very good: near the railway station Termini (it is especially great if you use the train to/from the airport), walking distance from the downtown and 1 min from metro.   We had a great time in this 'guest house', as it's not a hotel. We took a double room, it's was really new, clean and very well maintained. Breakfast buffet was opened for our access anytime during the day and night, but not to say that it's not to be abused, it's a small buffet but efficient. It's was perfectly located in the middle of everything - We stayed here for 8 days with our nine month old baby and we were very satisfied. Stuff is very friendly and helpful (organized our transfer from and to airport), everything is clean and well maintained. Rooms are soundproof and nicely decorated. Open kitchen is very practical and useful, with salty and sweet breakfast. Wi-Fi was free and with good signal.   WE saw this hotel at the last minute and since we wanted to be near the train staion (a ten minute easy walk away) and the Opera House it was perfect (a two minute walk).
