  The location is perfect - close to the city centre, within reach of main sights on foot. Also Termini station is in vicinity, so it's comfortable to arrive from Fiumicino by train or bus. Also we liked that there're two options within one hotel: cheaper as a hostel and more expensive, but comfortable with more privacy and facilities in every room,... hva folk sier » like in a typical hotel. Staff was very welcoming and friendly, the room was quite clean, spacious - even for two, the facilities worked properly, so - Very good room with only 3 beds. The environment is very quiet. The breakfast is good. The staff are great ! The hot water works perfectly and the shower is good.But the location is inside a building, which i search for a while in the rain. But it's near the train station.Be careful when you alone. The train station is not safe in the evening. Just bring the address with you.Thanks a lot. Strongly recommend.

  Excellent price to service ratio (cheap but good services). Air-conditioned room, clean, with no major problems (like bad small). Only sometimes we must "wait" for hot water for 5 minutes (see dislikes). Very good access from Termini station, by walk for approximately 25 minutes (follow the rail of the tram). Internet access was via one wifi acces... hva folk sier » s point and two repeaters on each floor. Sometimes during hot nights DHCP server doesn't respond - ask staff for restart the AP (or repeators - it dep - Staff was excellent - friendly and helpful. We were given an umbrella from receptionist when it was raining. Rooms were cleaned daily. Location of the hotel was excellent. 5 minutes from Manzoni metro station and 15 minutes from Termini. There's small supermarket across the street, and it will be handy for you as breakfast is very 'italian' in this hotel. Bed was ok, not extremely comfortable, but clean and felt quite fresh. The price-to-location ratio was five star!

  Room with bathroom in four rooms suite right next to Roma Termini. The room was clean, bathroom with hairdryer, bidet, shower, soap and shower gel. Every day they clean the room and change towels if desired (left on the floor). Street ambience is slightly dubious, being right next to the station, but I had no problem with the 5 days we were there.... hva folk sier » The apartment is relatively close to the center of Rome - Colloseum, about 20 min walk. In the lobby there is a stand with a large umbrella and durab - - very clean, new facilities - good location close to the metro station - very helpful host Emanuele One might get a bit uncomfortable with "train station" ambience, but it's absolutely safe. We were coming back late a night and everything was fine. Overall it's an excellent option to stay in Rome. good value for money!

  Perfect appartment!! Really modern, recently renovated. Big room, the kitchen has everything necessary, really nice bathroom.It also has a balcony.
