  very clean and modern and it was only 2 minutes walk from the Termini. The staff were great and very helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They are extrem - This place is right by the Termini train station making arriving to and from the airport super easy. It is also walkable to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Close to the metro, this makes access to other parts of Rome easy as well. We were pleasantly surprised by the neighborhood as I am always somewhat concerned when I stay near a train station. However, this was not an issue as the neighborhood was fine and actually far less touristy than others in Rome. Room was clean and staff friendly,
