  Our room in the spa annex of the hotel was wonderful. On the top floor with goregous beams and fantastic decor. The staff were all really helpful and friednly. Breakfast was served downstairs in the main hotel and was very nice. The location is great - a few minutes walk from the fantastic Piazza Bra and the Arena.   We booked there for our Anniversary and it was an absolute pleasure – Proseco and chocolates were waiting at our room and everything looked exactly like in the pictures. The rooms were comfortable, beautifully decorated and very romantic. The bathroom was very modern and had all amenities we needed. My wife and I give this hotel the highest rating in every category. We loved everything about this hotel. Our room was decorated beautifully, the breakfast was perfect, and Valentina's warmth and graciousness made our stay at Relais Ristori a most pleasureable & warm experience.   Absolutely the most romantic hotel we've stayed in! The rooms are so decadent! Service is impeccable! Breakfast in bed is such a nice touch! Juliets courtyard is closed to the public at 7.30pm and our hotel had exclusive use! It's extra special because my fiancé just proposed to me there!! :) - everything was perfect.
