  The location is excellent and can walk everywhere and the staff at thehotel are very friendly and helpfull !! If going by train from airportearly location just a walk to the hotel..very easy!!! Room was great andairconditioned which you need in July.   We were traveling with my 3 sisters and family. The group of 4 rooms was excellent. The only slight problem was their computer initially processing payment. The rooms are nice and private bathrooms a pleasure (since in the past we shared bathrooms to get a lower rate). The location is awesome. Wtih the windows shut there was not much noise even... hva folk sier » though close to the street. The breakfast was adequate--toast, egg, juice. All-in-all we would definitely recommend--especially if you do not need - the location is great, walking distance to historic center, trevi fountain, spanish steps, etc. it's right next to the metro station (Barberini) which provides easy access from/to the airport. easy bus travel to colosseo. since it's right on the piazza, it can get really noisy, but the windows are sound proof, so we didn't have any problem with sleeping when the windows were closed. breakfast is offered in a café right accross the street. breakfast is average, but the personnel of the café is q

  Location is just perfect. We have never used public transport. Everything is within walking distance. Next door restaurant (stair down) is marvelous. Highly recommended. We had a room with own separate bathroom. First impression was very confusing, however by the end of the fisrt day we used to our room and outside facilities. Wi-Fi was - Marco was fantastic, very helpful and very welcoming. He helped us book tickets to the Vatican & allowed us to keep our room late as we had an evening flight. He is so friendly and willing to help in any way he can. The room was huge & well equipped. Toiletries were offered, free WiFi, hairdryer, fridge, A/C. It was very laid back and you could come and go when you pleased - more like you had your own apartment. The location was excellent too. Would definately stay there again.

Good, clean rooms. - We had a very good stay at Residenza Ki - the hotel is in an excellent location, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful (especially Gigi).
