The location of Soggiorno Antica is absolutely perfect. You are within walking distance of everything. The staff goes out of their way to make sure they answer questions and get you acclimated with the city.
Beds were a little uncomfortable.
The room was spacious, quite clean, water pressure was hot and strong. The high ceilings were beautiful, the staff was very friendly and helpful - only present from 8:00am to 12:00pm but responsive over email. The location can't be beat - right on the Piazza Signoria!
The room got a little stuffy and hot, I couldn't figure out how to turn on the air conditioner so maybe that was my fault. But opening the window made everything much cooler (but noisier from the outside).
Location!!! You need only to step out the door to visit the museums and historical attractions. The staff was very pleasant, and their restaurant suggestions were spot-on.
There were some problems with the Internet. We did not like that there was an extra charge for breakfast.
Location, location, location! Lovely hotel right in the heart of Firenze.
it has an excellent location, walking distance to everywhere. the staff is very very helpful. we didn't see everywhere where they said but we did eat everything what they say and they where delicious :)

Friedly staff. Clean room. Could not be more central. Wifi free and really good instead of other hotels that we have stayed.
Not much. If I have to say something, it was difficult to find the hotel when we were in the square. There was 4 different buildings with No 3 of Piazza signiori and noone knew the hotel to help us. Finally we had to call the hotel to discribe us where was the door. Not their fault but.....

Location is amazing, rooms are huge and staff are helpful when they are there.
No reception after 1pm daily. On arrival you have to make a call to an Italian number to gain access to hotel
