Such an amazing place to stay while exploring Florence. The host Riccardo is a welcoming, friendly and informative person, who ensured our holiday was a wonderful experience. He advised us on brilliant places to visit, delicious places to eat and helped us to get the best out of trip to Florence. Great location- 15 min walk to the centre and 10 mins to the main train/bus station. Best part about staying here is the wonderful host- Riccardo. Upgraded us to a lovely room with conplimentary wine as we were celebrating a special occasion. Gave us tips on the best places to eat and see, definitely made it more comfortable staying here knowing we had our own personal tour guide in the same building :) would 100% come back!.
The room is very clean and well decorated. The bathroom is newly
renovated with big shower and good water pressure. The owner is the most
warm and kind person we have met in Italy. He welcomed us with chocolate
and bottle water, he even installed a massage chair in the room for us
to relax after the long trip. He is very talkative and helpful. Overall
it is an excellent experience.
The host is very kind, warmhearted, he give me many useful information about forenza, and a nice restaurant. Room is clean and tidy, very beautiful and so artistic. Walk to the centre may cost 10-15 minutes. It is a road beside river. View is really nice. I will choose this house, if I come to forenza again.

Stanze con decorazioni meravigliose, fantastica interpretazione dello stile fiorentino.... dormire qui completa l'esperienza di questa meravigliosa città. Pulito e di recentissima ristrutturazione. Vicinissimo al centro ed in zona tranquilla e sicura !!.
Has been exelent. The attention was perfect. The advices from Ricardo were accurate and his way to treat us just great. He us patient and extremly polite. We will come back definitly. Florence is amazing. And not so crowded. We love it.
Riccardo Lopresti Is the best host ever, warm, friendly, helpful person. The room is big enough even for 3 people. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The room over look the small garden and very quiet.
The manager is very friendly and knowledgeable with all information.
The location of the hotel is very convenient and it is just outside of the old wall.
The manager showed us a free parking for our car.
Very good location - right near the entrance to the old city, large clean rooms, good design - me and my girlfriend liked it very much! Free car parking is avaliable in approx 300 meters from the hotel.
Very nice and helpful owner, big room in unique style with big windows
and lot of character, quiet location, great bathroom, fridge in the
room, clean.
The owner Ricardo was super obliging and gave great touring tips including places to eat. The room was lovely ,very clean and spacious.
Beautiful and original frescos on the ceiling, incredibly friendly and knowledgeable host.
It is not something that I do not like. It's just a fact that the
place is not that close to the train station. Compare to the size of
Florence, 10 mins by walk is not close. We were totally fine with it,
but it would be prefect if the place is closer.

It was a little bit more far from the old city center then I expected.
elevator is very small - but sice all hotel rooms are located on the second floor - this is not an issue.
Despite the owner clearly cares about his guests a lot I was
disappointed with breakfast. There was no bread, cheese, milk, cereals,
eggs or ham served. All produce (except for yoghurt and bananas) was
packaged and containing a lot of sugar...also the juice was served in
one use plastic cups...
There was one slight disappointment which was breakfast. There was no fresh food , it was all prepacked including croissants and juice served in plastic cups. But excluding breakfast this is a great place to stay.
