Location was great; only a few blocks (walking distance) from the Accademia Gallery in Florence. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Building was secure with key entrance on ground floor. Beautiful place; would recommend.

Slight noise at night from the city (but that should be expected when staying in the city). Could not figure out how to use the heat at night and staff is not present 24/7 for assistance.
Dirty. There was a towel with blood on it the first day we got there. The bathroom garbage was not empty so it had stuff (feminine hygiene products) from the previous traveler.
We woke up with quite a few red bug bites which may have been bed bugs.
