  I was very pleasantly surprised with the stay at this hotel. I could never expect such a high quality of service for such a cheap price! The staff is incredibly corteous and helpful, and they are always there to give advice about what to visit and explore. Loved the pool, clean and big, with a lifeguard always on duty. - This is a wonderful older hotel in a charming hill town off the beaten track. While there are no major museums, the town is authentic and has several terrific restaurants. Hotel also has a great pool and view can't be beat. No crowds, mostly all Italian travelers, and wonderful fresh mountain air. A true respite from the hectic heat of August days in the busier Italian cities with a glimpse into the real Italian countryside.
