property is about 10-15 minutes walk from the town centre and the latter

First and foremost, one has to say the location can't get any
better: directly on the waterfront promenade in the very center of town.
Naturally, this means immediate access to all the shops and restaurants.
The front desk, dealing with several different people, was exceptionally

Delightful hotel in a great position, right in front of ferry terminal in Bellagio. Reception staff very well informed and helpful as were the upstairs staff. Restaurant adjoining was good quality and well priced if you wanted to eat nearby. Hotel had everything we required for a comfortable stay including WiFi. We would definitely stay again.

The hotel is in a splendid position about 5 minutes walk from the centre of Bellagio. I t has a great backdrop of the lake; free parking;The rooms are roomy and well equipped with good beds and bathroom is modern.The staff were animated and friendly and seemed to enjoy being there (the end of the season was approaching) The restaurant , although pricey did offer a good choice but wines are expensive. Very neat and clean apartment with great views of the lake and lovely, expansive grounds. Has all facilities for self-catering and 2 supermarkets within easy walking distance. Washing machine in basement with drying racks also very convenient. After staying in hotels with meals provided it was nice to cater for ourselves, plus cheaper too. -

The apartment is very spacious with plenty of room for a family of four. The owner, Ornella, was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. When we arrived, Fred gave us a quick tour of the area, showing us where the supermarket and other facilities were. Ornella also did some washing for us, saving a trip to the laundromat. The walk through the Melzi gardens into town each morning was a nice way to start the day (Ornella provides you with a free pass). The best restaurant in Bellagio is right next

Convenient location, close to center of town, but quiet. Easy to walk
everywhere in Bellagio. Free parking just down the street. Well equipped
kitchen, but we chose to buy tickets to eat breakfast at a nearby hotel
(7.50 euros) where there was an excellent buffet, so most days all we
needed for lunch was gelato! No need for an alarm clock - the church
bells chime at 7 am and gently remind you of the time every 30 minutes!

Absolutely loved the stunning view across the lake from the balcony of our room.... just happy to sit sipping wine and watching the sun go down and the lights come on across the water. The ever changing colours of the lake were amazing.

Great staff. Great restaurant downstairs well priced to boot. These are apartments with kitchenettes. The room (no 6) has views from the room over lake Como. Just wonderful. This is in the top 2 favourite places that we stayed in this whole trip. Looking forward to returning.

We just loved everything about Antico Pozzo.
The view of the lake and mountains from every window was stunning. The location was excellent. Close to the ferry port and right in the centre of shops and restaurants.

Wonderful place ! Located at the heart of town , clean rooms with view to the lake. Service extremely friendly and helpful. Stayed there with my sister for 2 nights , owner went out of her way to accommodate our needs including making phone calls to find our lost luggage and carrying it to our rooms ..., letting us use her computer and giving helpful advice on how to travel and get around the area . Amazing hospitality , highly recommended ! We will defiantly come back next time around . Great
