The location was great (very close to Termini train station and all other sightseeing spots.) and the room was very clearn. Our luggage arrived late (due to the airline mistake) and the owner of Aenea was kind enough to stay late in the evening to wait for it to help us. We give the highest rating for the hotel.

+ Perfect location for exploring Rome. Right next to the guest-house is the Roman Forum, several great basilicas, Colosseo is 5 minutes walk away, etc. etc.
+ The rooms are spacious and very well-furnished. The quality you'd expect to find in a 3-4 star hotel rather than in a guest-house.
+ There is a kitchen with a stove & fridge. Really nice :)
Coffee-machine makes nice coffee and hot chocolate 50c a cup (as of September 2013).
+ The staff was super-friendly and really helpful.

I chose this hotel because of how close it is to the central station. If you're looking to be 5 minutes away from the central station, then this should do. The room and bed were just fine and clean. Staff is nice. Breakfast is typical Italian breakfast.

Close to train station and other transportation options. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was nice, quiet, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was especially nice. Very clean, well stocked with towels and toilitries and kept wonderfully heated during my entire stay. The breakfast provided was adequate and located in a lovely area on the top floor, making it very airy and bright.

Very good location, near to railway station but not noisy (very soundproof window) and with underground station, bus stop, nice restaurants and supermakects nearby. We found evything we need around here. The building itself is fantastic too with a traditional elevator. More important, stuff is very friendly and helpfull and he speaks very good English. Flora, the owner, was incredibly friendly. We felt like staying with our own Italian family. Whatever we asked her for (boil hot water for tea or recommend some places to visit etc) she immediately did. The fridge in our room was also a great asset. If I go to Rome again soon, I will definitely try and stay there.

I loved everything. You can see the colluseum from the window! The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff couldn't of helped us more. Carried our bags, helped with maps and booked taxis for us. The breakfast was exceptional and there was always extra sandwiches included for our lunch.
