It's not a five star hotel but for turists it's prefect place for sleep and good starting point for Rome sightseeing.   Staff were very friendly, gave a huge level of detail on where everything was and gave clear directions, location was literally 5-10 minutes from Colosseum. Air conditioning made it comfortable in the height of summer. Wi-Fi was also of a decent speed and was included in the price. The breakfast included is a little light but is pleasant. Overall excellent value for m - The host, Luigi, was incredibly nice and was great at explaining all the touristic highlight Rome has to offer and how to avoid certain tourist traps. The area is close to the Central station and is about a 10-15 minutes walking distance from the Colosseum
