It was our best Accommodation in Ireland. It’s 2 minutes’ walk from the Centre in a very quit location. We had a big room very comfortable with a nice view on the mountains. Just when we arrived in the afternoon the lady prepared a tea served with some biscuits. The breakfast was excellent. If you need there is also a computer for the Gust with free Internet connection (besides you can use the printer). It was the only accommodation in Ireland where we found hitting switch on in the bathroom ve

Mary and James were the perfect hosts making every aspect of our visit stress free including arranging a baby sitter and a lovely seat at a restaurant in town.
The Lodge itself is meticulously maintained and our room was perfect.
Breakfast was lovely and our son loved the pancakes, home made scones were also delicious.
We will be back again.

Their attention to detail was excellent. Very friendly and efficient in all areas - girls on reception/waiters, etc. Used the Spa, and it was a beautiful experience. Would do it all again! - The food is amazing, I would definatley recommend eating in the restaurant. The therapists in the spa are top class and there is a beautiful vitality suite.

It is always a good sign that most of the staff have been there for quite some time. - I loved the fact that the hotel was in the heart of Killarney. We loved everything about the Muckross Park! We spent two nights for our wedding anniversary and felt thoroughly looked after and spoiled. Right from the minute we arrived and were met by Ted the concierge, who was knowledgeable and friendly to the reception and bar staff. A 5 star hotel, superb and at an excellent price. Lives up to its description. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful..We were welcomed both in English and in Irish which was refreshing (and it wasn’t just the cupla focal). Our every need and comfort was catered for. Room was spacious and comfortable.Food was excellent. Well done. I won't be staying anyplace else next time I'm in Tralee.
