  We liked the the house and location, John was kind and cooked a great breakfast! The bedrooms were very spacious and had all we needed. Recommended. - Great accomodation, very friendly owner, more than accommodating:) comfortable , good location, liked being out in the country but close to village.

  This place is more like a boutique hotel than a guesthouse. The building is only a couple years old and was originally meant to be commercial space, but when the GFC hit and that venture fell through, the owners decided to make it into a guesthouse...a smart move as it turned out. With a population of about 300 and about one pub per 20 residents... hva folk sier » , Kinvara has no shortage of places to eat and drink. Everyone we met was friendly and chatty. The accommodations were clean and well appointed with - Loved how convenient it was for the Burren and Galway areas. We showed up late without a call ahead and it turned out that somehow they didn't have letsbookhotel.com record of us arriving. However, they had space and gave us the room rate that had been quoted on letsbookhotel.com. Great room with view of fields. We were over the parking lot and we left the window open all night but the room was very quiet anyway and no street noise. Kinvarra is a lovely village. Good choice of several places to

  The owner of this place was very sweet and helpful. we had a family room and a smaller room. All the rooms are up lots of stairs so its not good for anyone who has a time with stairs. This place is withi - This was a great b&b! The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast was good.
