Very welcoming, friendly, thoughtful and caring staff. Comfortable bed with blankets and radiator with thermostatic valve so that I could adjust the temperature, working en-suite shower, museli, wholemeal soda bread or toast, cold meat and cheese, fruit etc for breakfast which was just fine for me.
Ennis is a great centre for traditional Irish music, which was sublime at times. There are cafes and restaurants locally. alle vurderinger »
I love how central the Banner Lodge is. It makes the weekend so much cheaper when your not paying for taxis. The rates are very good aswel, they are extremely reasonable. I stayed in the banner lodge for the first time in June, I liked it so much that when I was booking a hotel for September up there I didn't even look at other hotels.
Staff excellent, no fuss on arrival with ID's or payment. Just gave us the keys and off we went. The pictures on this site don't really do it justice either, very well kept and comfortable. Serious value for money and two minutes walk town centre.

The staff was very friendly. Location in ok in the center, but it can be noisy at night. Good value for money we paid. .
Loved the location -- near to the centre of Ennis, musical pubs and sights around the town. Very friendly staff.

Hot water for tea and coffee provided around the clock.
We liked the location and the beds were very comfortable. The water pressure was good and the shower was hot!.
helpful, Spotlessly clean, good value for money. Good compromise between hotel and hostel type accommodation.

I loved the staff & location the rooms where clean.
The lady was friendly and made me welcome.
Easy going.
Extra pillows.
very friendly personell.
Great value for money and great location.
Nothing really, for the price it was fantastic and I can not complain.
The only fault I would have is that there is only on street parking and you may have to move your car on market days.
The town and river were prob better 20 years ago. Quite run down.
can't think of anything.
not enough light in bedroom not a comfortable chair to sit and read in.
WiFi didn't work as it should. No complete toiletries in bathroom. Perhaps is the room decoration too dark. Beds urgently need new mattress.
Only that I didn't stay there longer.
Public transportation from Ennis to the Cliffs of Moher is terrible.
The room was a bit chilly and there was no radiator. The walls are a bit thin and we heard our neighbor snoring well enough. The shower was small and dark, with no overhead light. Also, the curtains didn't close well enough to black out all light in the morning.
Nothing considering price.
No faults.
lights a bit dim.
Not necessarily a negative, but it's a fairly dated facility. We got a kick out of the very kitsch decor, no frills at all. Definitely great value for the money though.
Rooms a bit dark - but not gloomy.
Absolutely nothing.
The heating did not work was a bit cold.
Not being able to get breakfeast before 8 am.
The bed was a disaster and the walls very thin. I could hear the entire confersation of my neighbours word for word.
Check out time to early.
