  Very friendly, inviting owners who made us feel welcome. Sometimes one can feel like one is imposing on the owners of a b and b, but not in this case. Rooms are very private from the owners quarters, almost a hotel setting in that sense but much more convenient access and far better pricing and atmosphere. A fine breakfast was served, though we didn't have time to take advantage of the full Irish breakfast that was offered. While t - We liked everything , john and maisie are the nicest , kindest , most hospitable couple we I've met on all my traveling in Ireland .The house is beautiful , the gardens are beautiful , it's easy to think your visiting family their that lovely, breakfast was gorgeous too , tv and wifi 10/10 too, very happy thankyou john and maisie .   The fact that Theresa contacted me via email to thank me for the booking and provide me with directions to the B&B. They were much better than the ones on google maps and were very clear and consise. We had no trouble finding it. We had a lovely welcome when we arrived. When we were shown to our room we were asked if we would like a cup of tea... hva folk sier » or coffee. We replied that we could make it in our room and Theresa went and got us a plate of biscuits and a jug of fresh milk. The breakfast was fa - Absolutely beautiful B&B and Teresa & Michael make you feel like your part of the family as soon as you arrive. Very comfortable B&B and very relaxing. Gardens are outstanding which were an added bonus as my partner is a gardening fanatic. Michael happily showed off his garden and gave us lots of tips (new microwave will be purchased Michael!! :) )Teresa you make the most outstanding breakfast it kept us going till early evening.   This is a great place. The rooms are of a really high standard, clean and the beds are super comfy! Perfect location, close to train station and all amenities. No need for taxi’s to bars or restaurants. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and gave me some great advice for my time in Dundalk. I couldn’t have asked for anything more on my stay – I would highly recommend Glen Gat Ho - I stayed in Glen Gat recently for a business trip. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and professional. The B'n'B itself is beautifully styled with period and Irish folklore influences. Glen Gat is ideally located. It's only a two minute walk from the town centre. I didn't need the car or any taxis for my dealings. The breakfast was fantastic as was my room. I look forward to coming back with my family in the future for a longer stay. Many thanks again to the staff.

  this was our second visit to the fairways. everything was so easy and nothing was a problem for the staff who were so friendly. we will be back - It was friendly and quiet...not many people around. The staff we met were really friendly.
