Lovely hotel and very well located! Only one girl on duty on the day we left and she had to do Reception,cook and serve breakfast and wash-up singlehandedly and she did it with a smile. She is only there a short time and was very helpful. Breakfast was fabulous and our room was lovely.We will definitely stay there again! - Very clean and great loca

We enjoyed Peter and his staff - they made us very welcome! The room
was very clean and the location directly across the street from the
beach and the Prom. Taxis were available right outside the door for
our trip into Galway (a bit too far for us to walk - many other people
were able to walk it though). There is a lively, friendly bar right
next to the hotel lobby and many good places to eat and see within a
1- 2 block radius. Nice proximity to downtown Galway. We enjoyed our
stay very much.

I liked the space and facilities in the apartment. I thought it was very well situated between the city and beach. I also thought it was convenient for local shops and bus stop. The bar food looked great unfortunately we didn't have the time to sample it, hopefully we will next time. -

Staff were excellent - couldn't fault any of them - we needed assistance moving our luggage when leaving, they couldn't have been more helpful - also very friendly towards our 9 month old daughter - Staff are worth an extra star alone for this hotel.

WiFi was patchy to begin with but once connected was excellent.
Shopping centre close by also handy. -
I was immediately taken with the good humoured friendliness of the staff. They were accommodating and helpful, and welcoming. The rooms are clean and fresh, private (free & safe) parking is on site, and the location is perfect.. the city centre is within walking distance,, and only minutes away by taxi. As regular visitors to Galway, this could well be our 'new' home away from home. We'll definitely be back.

This hotel was built in the 50's. I remember it since then. Not a lot has changed and I love that !The comforting feel of the place was great. No raz matazz ! The owners/managers were just so kind and low key nice. Wonderful !Old fashioned but full of GENUINE character. Will def be back -
