The Purist. The overall environment and the room is amazing! Quiet,
peacful, and clean. The Villia just so fit into natural. Staffs are very

The service was outstanding. Nothing was too difficult for the staff, and they were particularly helpful with preparing food for our 8 month old baby. Food is excellent and freshly sourced, but we were also provided details for take away pizza when we expressed a desire for different food. Finally, when we requested a late check out, we were permitted to move to a different villa until 3pm at no extra charge, this was extremely helpful given that we were travelling with a baby.

Amazing! We stayed in a private pool villa and it's quite amazing. A kitchen and breakfast space outside, the pool, the room with a lot of space, the nice people always trying to help, the natural environment, a big bath tube, everything was really good. Not very far the centre of Ubud... you can walk and get there in about 15 minutes or less! we really felt home here... In the messy and touristic Bali, this place makes you feel what was the island when the tourists were just arriving!!!

We stayed in a private villa with plunge pool on the river side. It was absolutely amazing. Beautiful atmosphere, the setting was awesome. We love the place. The Mansion was very different to other 5* I've stayed in so don't expect the same generic style and layout of other hotels. This place has a lot of character and it made a nice change to the large chain hotels.
The staff were very friendly, the hotel was really quiet - as there are 5 pools - there always seemed to be somewhere you could relax without too many others around.
They also have a lovely spa, which again isn't your usual 5* standard but the treatments we got were great.

Lovely setting, just a short distance from central Ubud.
Beautiful rooms, with a large terrace complete with sun loungers from where you can enjoy the lovely views of palm trees and some paddy fields, and the infinity pool.
Liked the touches like the bedtime reading stories which were placed bedside at the turn down service.
The breakfast was a veritable feast every day with lots of choice. Make sure you sample the snacks at tea time, too. A delightful place to base yourself in Ubud.

As soon as we got to the Ubud Village Resort and Spa we were treated by a friendly staff as if we were family. The tropical drinks we received were delicious and a great way to start the day! When we first got to our villa we were surprised with our decorated beds for valentines day. We thought it was very thoughtful and nice of them to do that. The villa is beautiful, spacious and most of all, relaxing. We loved our private pool! The staff is amazing, especially Adi, who was very accommodating
