very friendly staff. Excellent food. Location lovely. Other restaurants if required a short walk. Massages etc. A good family/older person hotel

Good clean beach side hotel. Rooms and the facilities are quite good. There are good and affordable restaurants inside the hotel. Staff are friendly.
When there is a high tide you could easily swim in the ocean by the beach in front of the hotel. High tide lasts only couple of hours between 12:00 to 15:00 when we were there. When there is a low tide you could only walk in the ocean.

The surrounding enviroment was just simply awesome for me. I just like to sit by the balcony and hear the sea waves. The room was really massively big for 2 of us but, the bed was real comfort. The staff was veey frindly and very helpful when i wanted to a suprise birthday to be done.
Well, the place was a bit to deep in from the happening or lively part of the city. And it would be really useful if there was washing facilities after someone goes to toilet, not everyone is used to using toilet paper to clean their backside. Just to wash after a session, you gotta take shower because the only way to wash is from the shower room.
Reception and concierge staff friendly. Room is clean. Nice pool. Restaurant services generally alright.
Wifi signal not strong in the rooms. Beach not really for swimming if intended to.
I thought the hotel was great they were so friendly didn't want to leave will be staying there again
because my daughter went with us she had a toddler no change tables in any of the toilets.
Room : is very spacious with huge bathroom that comes with bathtub and standing shower. Balcony is rather small, but pleasant. Breakfast : was very good with numerous choices of western and Asian foods. Fresh fruits were of several choices. Hotel : staff were friendly and helpful. Our request of 2 rooms with connecting door was fulfilled.
Hotel : construction of the kid park caused inconveniences. On the 25th of May morning, we were waken up by loud noices of door slamming and glass breaking. Pool : pool was not well lighted in the evening so evening swimming was not that convenient.

The food at all the eating places except the Italian restuarant was EXTREMELY poor! The service at these restuarants was incredibly slow!!!

The pool area and poolside dining is fantastic. Also the layout/general design of the resort is good. Gardens are lovely. Many good restaurants to choose from.
Spa was expensive and occassionally the breakfast service was a little bit slow, but nothing to call home about.
Liked the very thoughtful furnishing & furniture in the room. Also enjoyed the ocean-view from the room balcony, and the water sports at the bay.
a bit of laid-back attitude of the staff in some areas - not everywhere. I do not want to specify the areas where the staff were a bit cold.

Absolutely not a 5 Star hotel. Furniture very uncomfortable and need a big refurbishment like the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was quite stressful - too many people and waiters not attentive. No change of towels and bed sheets for 3-4 days. Complimentary Beach towels not clean nor fresh. Poor selection of spirits (alcohol) from the pool/beach bars. Two flat screens tv's in the suite but no signal due to technical problems - hmmm...

Could be way cleaner - dirty towels, dirty sheets, dirty pool, electric light in a swimming pool is swimming just in a water.. I'd expected it to be safer and cleaner for this money
We stay 2 night at this hotel. The 1 st night we got a old room and noisy. And the 2 nd nighy we got an excellent room. We were not satisfy withe the reception staf because they did not a good renovayed rooms which we requested long time before we check in
Good breakfasts, good choice of restaurants in the hotel. The pianist playing in the lobby does it amazingly! We got room for lat-minute booking, so the price was reasonable.
We stayed during reconstruction so it was noisy. Room was dirty, it seemed that the floor hadn't been washed for ages, several times after housekeeping "new" towels were dirty too. Beach is ok (as it can be ok on Bali generaly), but also very dirty - we so the personel cleaning the beach - they just dug some holes and put all liter there in the sand... aweful! And audibility in the hotel is very good - you can hear every word and movement in the hall just from your room.

I am staying at sea view room which I found out that the room was too old, definitely need renovation

The place overall looked a bit 'tired'. Staff standard of English not up to standard in some cases Asked to check out at 1 pm, this was agreed, at one minute past 1 I get a call asking what I haven't left the room yet. Not impressed. Breakfast - staff not very attentive

This hotel is filthy dirty, run down and has not been renovated for 15 years. The staff is incompetent and their uniforms are torn and dirty. There is algae in every corner of this hotel and the entrance to the hotel is completely broken. No welcome drink on arrival, which is normal for a supposedly five star hotel. This hotel doesn't deserve even one star. There are much better places to stay for the same amount of money. Avoid at all costs.
