The staff, the location, the design. Have to say Eric made our holiday easy and comfortable. We would normally stay out of the busy area but needed to be in Seminyak this time and if we had to again this is were we would stay. Many many thanks to all the staff. My friend and i stayed in room 1, A two bedroom villa at ilot in November, i could not fault it, the staff, the location, the cleanliness! everything was perfect, i would without a doubt recommend staying here. Cant wait to go back.
