The staff was wonderful .Very friendly and very helpful. The service was awesome and it made our stay very comfortable. The hotel's design is magnificent. The receptionists were very helpful in organizing our trips professionally and at the best prices. Good staff and very comfortable villas, especially for couples. Very nice pool. L]ocation is 5 min to Bali collection where you can find restorants and shops. Located in very safe area.

The fourniture, design, location. The food is fantastic. Valued for mony. The staff wad excelent. a quiet place dedicated and reliable staff beautiful environment. Attentive staff, green territory, private pool, luxury villas. Almost everything, especially the service and the staff. The concept, the main pool , the staff . I like the villa so much. The food. Nice place to stay .. especially with the classic design it presents. The staffs are friendly. They did not have a 24H laundry service. I think the villa's door has to have a doorbell. Some of the staff used to knock the door a couple of times and if we didn't hear them they would just open the door and get in. Breakfast is the same. Spa is not good for such as hotel, should be better. We have been a lot in Asia and we can compare. Even you have discount it is not so good. My husband had back burns after stone massage. Don't forget to buy moscito sprey. sitting in the open living area is little sweating, need better fans. nothing!. The air condtioning was disaster , i changed the villa but still not functioning well. The admin promise to change the AC network. Mosquitos. Nothing to complain. The location is close to a place where another hotel is built , so the noise is quite embarassing , and also to a road where motorcycles and cars can be heard continously ... The restaurant has a limited offer for the dinner ...and only a single sort of wine ... ? The salvation comes from a near commercial area where a lot of restaurants can be found ... Nothing. Too many mosquitos.... Not adjacent to the beach plus it was noisy because of a near by construction. They have the terrible music on early morning and wakes me up. The music lasts until 11 pm. Very annoying All facilities look old and there are not enough facilities for children and the gym is no air con Room have poor reception of Internet and no hot water Breakfast is very small portion and not many choices.
