Best Hotel i ever stay in batam. 1. Lacation just 3min walk cross the road to Ngoya Shopping Mall. ( best mall in batam all in one ) 2. Staff all are friendly and professional well English spoken. 3. Room and toilet were clean. Staying at 3rd floor and the window view not that great next to other resident.. but who care.. 4. Swimming pool at 7th floor small but great, clean and nice view to the city. 5. Room Service good and fast. 6. Bar at 1st floor just good for chillout and drinking with fri.
alle vurderinger » Bfre my trip there...the staffs mainly named deden n ariff were very patient n efficient in answering all my questions and enquiries...upon reaching the staff at the lobby recept welcomed us warmly n in a friendly manner with some welcoming drinks...they were also very clear in explaining the details to us...the room was very spacious and comfortable..i personally like the mini kitchen provided which was complete with cutleries n some cooking equipments...overall i was very satisfied....n the m. Was greeted upon arriving and the hotel cleanliness and room wasn't what I expected it was better than what I had in mine. A good hotel I would recommend to anyone as it is not that far from harborbay ferry terminal too it only takes 10 mins from there to arrive to the hotel and Nagoya hills mall are just 5 mins walk from hotel. One thing that made our stay a wonderful one was the pleasant and warm reception staff. Location wise, the hotel was conveniently located about 5min walk to Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall. The food served for the buffet breakfast was great and the hotel provided DVD rentals for its guests. Simply put, a lovely stay in a nice hotel. Hotel staffs were amazingly hospitable. They served to our every need. The pool was an average size, but at a nice location(7th floor). My Advise, get a room on the 7th floor for easy access to the pool and sauna(Extremely tiny, Approximately for 3 pax). The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Love the quiet ambience especially after a noisy day out at Nagoya hill. Was upgraded to a junior suite and the room facilities are so good, complete with stove and DVD is great to entertain kids. I planned my hubby's birthday party with them...they planned it so well with lovely deco..my hubby had a wonderful surprise. .thank u so much to all the staff for making my hubby's birthday an unforgettable one. The lobby is cozy and the staffs are rather helpful and courteous. The taxi drive is also very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help us find the location we are heading to. Friendly staff and the room is comfortable. Nagoya shopping mall is only 5 mins walk from back gate (ask the staff for directions if necessary). Id suggest the hotel fix some air freshener in their rooms as when we entered the room smelled of dusty rugs carpets or curtains which im not really sure of...but however once we switched on the air con and the air ventalition starts running...the smell gets better... The check in was late we got to check in our room only at 2pm. The lifts is a bit slow but its a small issue. The band can before interesting. Bath tub water always having black residues in the water. Restroom at ground level in front of the pub had its light shut off suddenly while my fiancee is still in it which gave a a big fright. Consider variety for breakfasts provided on consecutive days. Everything was taken care so well ... so no complaints... Just so happen my room wifi connection wasnt that good. Have to sit outside my room to get stronger connection. the price is to high for me. breakfast is ok but the servers a little bit slow ..need improvement. no commend. Breakfast can be better. The hotel looks a bit old and facilities are lacking. Not having hot water available. poor wifi connections in the room. A little old and tired. Siogns of wear and tear and need re-improvement.. But great for the area. Room is small, towels are very old. Besides the shopping mall, the surrounding is dirty & without amenities. Smoking allowed in dining room.
