The prices and facilities shown at letsbookhotel.com didn´t match with realties. It seemed as if they didn´t know we were arriving, they asked questions they would have known the answer to if they had read the booking made through letsbookhotel.com, which the didn´t have a copy of.. On arrival we were met by 2 guys who were a little "to smart" and who later on "begged" for tips. We had booked 4 nights, but stayed 1. The safe, was a metal box you actually could move out of the room.
-hotel is perfectly located at the beach -swimming pool is nice -breakfast is good -people are friendly
-bathroom a bit old -for diner is a restaurant in lovina center a better idea
some rooms have nice large sea view balcony, good pool, quiet location
bad acces, we missed the acces drive, poor basic breakfast and expensive upgrade, beach is not clean and is too narrow, staff is helpfull but panic as they didnt know about our reservation made via letsbookhotel.com, power shutdown at night,... its not a resort even grand...

The electricity went off at night, it happend a lot in Bali and Lombok but here it stays off the whole night, even in the morning. The bathroom wath humid, a lot of fungus on the wall, dripping. Discusting smell. The place is overall tatty, fixed in time.
