Staff and other service personnel are friendly and very helpful. Our bungalows are upgraded from standard to deluxe without additional cost. The room is spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The garden and swimming pool is beautifully landscaped. The location is quite and nearby the beach of Candidasa. Attractions like the “water palace”, “mountain temple Besakih”, “Goa Lawah” and the diving areas Tulambem and Amed are within one hour driving distance of Candidasa.

Our room was really spacious and comfortable, the big bed and the outside shower were very nice. We cannot reproach anything to the service and cleaning, everything was great. The garden is really well maintained and it offers a very beautiful ambiance. The restaurant offers good value meals, it was the best Ikan Pepes I ate in Bali!. We stayed in Willarossa for 7 days. The breakfast is a bit limited, if you don't like to eat eggs every day, then you have to have a lot of carbohydrates... but otherwise the fruit juices and the coffee are good. The internet WiFi doesn't work very well in the room and in the restaurant, outside it is fine. All is very good!. No sea view being set back about 100 metres from the sea. However, the beach in this area is very poor and rocky owing to the reef being destroyed, so the position of the hotel was no hardship. The hotel is located a bit far from nice beaches (20 min by car) while the taxi prices provided by hotel to get to the beaches are overrated. We liked everything in this hotel!. Although the breakfast was good we had higher expectations. Rooms were sparsely furnished. Nothing. Nothing to complain about. no direct access to the beach but that is not a major drawback. Resort is smaller than expected. Candidasa is a very boring area to be for young people. Private beach is small and resort is not located on the coastline.
