This is a small hotel so the service was very personal. The hotel staff all spoke good English and were happy to engage with guests. The location was good, but dosent have direct access to the beach, however the pool area is excellent and more than makes up for it. The restaurant served lovely meals at a reasonable price. We booked for one night and ended up staying four, would highly reccomend this hotel if you are looking for more quiet retreat.

Very helpful and friendly staff, very cosy atmosphere, amazing views of the laguna.
If I have to say something it would have to be that the curtains let a lot of the morning light through, but a eye cover can solve that "problem".
The location is good and the hotel garden is just beautiful. Lovely staff, good restaurant (and we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts!)

The balinese manager tried to shave me when settling the bill immediately on my arrival. German owner acts little strange. Was just staring at me, no greeting what so ever...
the main door of the room dont feel safe as outside ppl still can see inside the hotel. & the bath room was open space but next to it was a kitchen so if ppl cooking can smell it.
