  This is my second stay at Hotel Sibayak. The greatest strength was the staff and particularly Angeline in the Medan office. As we had to change some dates (add a day to the stay) then reduce one room as 2 of the family did not show. They were very flexible with the changes. The restaurant was very good and Mr. Santori still made the best omelettes... hva folk sier » of a morning breakfast. The hotel was quiet and peaceful in keeping with the mountains. The hotel also arranged Mr. Yohanas as a guide for the succes - Very fresh air since Berastagi located at mountain area. So the hotel also have very very nice mountain background view with fog in the morning. Very big swimming pool but a bit chilly, good if they can warm the water since this is highland. Variety of food for the breakfast. My 11 members of the family booked one family cottage with rooms and one superior room. Spacious, very nice & clean rooms
