Just came back from bandung 5days 4 nights. The best hotel i've stay while on holidays.I was amazed with the hotel interior and also the service they provide is like a 5* hotel. We really enjoyed our stay there. Big luxury room, clean toilet fast wifi everything was perfect. The hotel also provide free shuttle service to all the popular area. I went there for my anniversary and the hotel provide me candle light dinner inside my room with very2 reasonable price. Opposite hotel is paris van java.

Paris Van Java mall is just opposite the hotel, so convenience to shop & dine out with so many restaurants, bistro & lounges. The hotel provides free shuttle service from/to airport. 1.Hotel look new, clean, nice, comfort, modern. 2.Room big, nice, clean, moden design. 3. Good location, oposite is big shopping mall with nice food. 4.Buffet breakfast from 6-11am n nice food too. 5.Good security; eg. card access to elevators 6. staff serve with smile n sincerelity, helpfull, nice to talk with. 7.Provide transport from n to airport. The safety and cleanliness of the hotel are excellent. The food fit my taste well. It is located near the airport and right in front of Paris Van Java mall. Save me a lot of time. It is a good choice after all. My husband and I were satisfied. Staff is friendly. Kudos to smiling-always Mas Taufik for recommending his friend Mas Fery to be my tour guide driver. No Gym, hard to cross over to shopping mall due to heavy traffic. Crossing over to PVJ can be hazardous. Receptionists at the counter need to focus more on hospitality towards customers. The swimming pool is small in size. 1.Waiter on 21Nov2013 during breakfast was not guest friendly.Had to walk over to his place to ask for coffee. Breakfast is always the same Toilet floor not elevated so water didn't flow into drain and slight flooding. Difficulty to cross over to the mall from the hotel. The water in the shower floor is stagnant and cant flow into the drain pipe. Tempat parkir sangat kecil jadi tidak menampung parkiran setiap pengunjung hotel. Koridor hotel berisik. Breakfast needs more options, kinda boring if you stay long. very busy city because near a mall. messed up airport transfers, had to wait for half an hour when arrived and 1 hour when leaving. to cross road for shoping or to hotel is very risky specially with childrens, its better if installed a bridge or traffic signal. No face towel, hair dryer. The swimming pool not finish yet!. Staff reception not really care. When check in still acccept telephone. Noice. We waited for almost one hour and were not able to get a room until 3 pm. Staff at the reception is not helpful, she kept saying the rooms were not ready and she was checking it with the housekeeping (such an open statement without any assurance when we can get into our room). So noisy No hand towel Complicated door system Parking lot Small lobby Food not many variety Food not good taste Will not come back.
